Integrations & API
Included in CoreConnect to your stack - or replace it, piece by piece
Atrium is API-first from the first migration. Every capability ships with its endpoint, webhook event and OpenAPI doc, so it can sit alongside your existing systems or take over from them at your pace.

Connect or replace
Start by syncing from your current PMS, CRM and finance tools; move workloads onto Atrium module by module, without a big-bang cutover.
02
An API as a rule, not a roadmap
Nothing merges into Atrium without its endpoint, security policy, webhook event and docs - so the API is never behind the product.
03
Events out, not exports out
lease.signed, payment.received, workorder.closed - domain events stream to your systems the moment they happen.
Capabilities
What's in the box
Versioned REST API
A clean, use-case-driven /api/v1 with OpenAPI documentation and a generated TypeScript SDK.
Webhooks
Subscribe to domain events with signed deliveries, retries and a full delivery log.
Sync workers
Scheduled inbound sync with field mapping, conflict rules and monitoring - the "connect" path made operational.
API keys & scopes
Scoped keys per integration, per environment, with rotation and audit trails.
Row-level security
The same RLS that governs staff access governs the API - one permission model everywhere.
Payments, e-sign & comms
Pre-built integrations for payment rails, e-signature, WhatsApp/SMS/email and credit vetting.
Features
Key features

The API
- Properties, units, beds, leases, residents, invoices, payments and cases, all readable and writable through one consistent API.
- Scopes such as read:leases or write:payments, so each integration can only touch what it needs.
- An always-current OpenAPI specification with interactive docs for exploring endpoints and generating clients.
- An isolated environment with seed data and test keys, so you can build without touching production or moving real money.
- Embed hosted flows such as pay rent or apply inside a partner's app, using secure tokens.
Events and sync
- Subscribe to events such as lease.signed or payment.received. Deliveries are signed and retried if your side is down.
- Map fields to each connected system and decide, per field, which side wins in a two-way sync.
- Choose whether Atrium or another system is the master for each type of record, so contradictions resolve predictably.
- Connector status, last sync, record counts and error rates in one view, with alerts when a sync stalls.
- Duplicate tenant records and double-captured invoices are caught when the same data arrives from two sources.
Connectors and your data
- Ready-made connections for payment gateways, debit order bureaus, e-signature, credit bureaus, accounting systems and messaging.
- Import properties, units, tenants and leases from CSV or Excel, with column mapping and a dry run before anything goes live.
- Staff sign in with your existing identity provider, and viewings and inspections appear in their calendars.
- Rent rolls, vacancy reports and debtor lists delivered on a schedule to secure file storage, or exported on demand.
- Export everything in a portable format whenever you need to. The data is yours.
Works with
Intelligence & AI
Because Atrium is the single source of truth, its intelligence layer works on live, governed portfolio data - occupancy, arrears, operations and pipeline - instead of last month's exports.
Accounting & Trust
Every charge, payment and allocation lands in a double-sided operational ledger - with trust accounting, statements and owner payouts designed in from the first schema, not bolted on.
Portfolio & Occupancy
Atrium holds a canonical inventory - property, building, floor, unit, bed - so occupancy, vacancy and pipeline are live facts, not month-end spreadsheet exercises.
FAQ
Integrations & API - common questions
Yes - connect mode syncs inventory, tenancies and balances from your existing stack on a schedule, giving you one live consolidated view before you migrate anything.
