This website, atriumpmx.com, is operated by KayaDigital (Pty) Ltd, trading as AtriumPMX ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information processed through this website, as contemplated by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
2. What we collect
Information you give us: when you book a demo, contact us or apply for a role, we collect what you submit - typically your name, company, business email, portfolio details and your message.
Information collected automatically: with your consent (via the cookie banner), we use analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used - pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Analytics runs only if you accept, the data is pseudonymous, and we do not use it to identify you personally. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
3. Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry or demo request; to consider your job application; to operate, secure and improve this website; and, where you have engaged with us about our platform, to send you relevant follow-up communication. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing and operators
We use trusted service providers (operators) to run this website and our business - including hosting, form handling, email and analytics providers. They process personal information on our instructions and are bound to protect it. Some providers may store data outside South Africa; where they do, we ensure a level of protection consistent with POPIA.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit.
6. Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@atriumpmx.com.
If you believe we have processed your information unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforeg.org.za.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page. Questions about this policy or our information practices: privacy@atriumpmx.com.
