Top up once, pay anywhere on site
Residents load the wallet by card and pay by scanning a service point's code or confirming a till's basket, in a few taps.
02
Promo credit that behaves
Promotional credit has its own scope and expiry, is spent first where it applies and never turns into a refund.
03
Every rand on the ledger
Top-ups, spend and refunds post to the general ledger, so stored value is a known balance, not a cash tin.

Services & Point of Sale
A priced catalogue, a QR code at every service point, a built-in till and supplier links turn the laundry, the cafe and the gym into a cashless point of sale that reports like the rest of the business.
Resident Experience
Digital-native residents expect to pay, report and hear from you on their phone. Atrium ships a genuinely good resident app - payments, maintenance, comms and community in one place.
Billing & Collections
Atrium bills the way residential portfolios actually get paid: multiple payers per lease, subsidised funders with caps, debit orders and instant EFT, and arrears you can act on.
FAQ
Resident Wallet - common questions
Yes. Paid credit is refundable: residents request a refund in the app, staff approve it and pay it out by EFT, card refund or cash, and any balance left at move-out is surfaced for refund. Promotional credit is never refundable and may expire.
