How is Atrium priced?

Around your plan: Core, plus the Platform Extension Packs you switch on and any Industry Capability Packs your asset classes need, quoted per portfolio. There is no per-seat licensing - pricing scales with your portfolio, not your headcount. A short scoping call sets the number, because portfolio size, funding mix and integrations genuinely change it.

Can we start with Core only?

Yes - Core runs the full leasing, billing and collections cycle plus the tenant app on its own. Platform Extension Packs can be switched on later without migrations or re-implementation; plan changes are applied by our team, usually same-day.

What exactly is in Core versus the Platform Extension Packs?

Core: inventory, leasing, multi-payer billing and collections, the tenant app, Intelligence & AI - dashboards, Copilot and AI on your own data - and the full API, plus the protections every account gets: roles, an audit log and POPIA-conscious data handling. Extension packs add the staff-side CRM inbox, marketing and engagement tooling, resident wallets and on-site services, maintenance operations, access and safety, utilities and ESG, the accounting and trust workbench and the compliance workbench.

No. Intelligence & AI is part of Core: live dashboards, Copilot and AI on your own portfolio data come with every plan, with no AI add-on to buy.

How do the Industry Capability Packs work?

Student housing, senior living, commercial & retail and hospitality are each a specific suite of functionality built for how that industry runs a property, deployed on top of Core. A pack sets the fundamentals - occupancy model, leasing calendar, funder presets and labels - and adds the industry's own workflows and records: funded intakes and NSFAS for student housing, care levels and clinical records for senior living, lease terms and GLA for commercial, stays and front-of-house for hospitality. Packs are chosen per property during onboarding and scoped with your plan. Build-to-rent and co-living run on Core alone, without an industry pack.

Do you support South African funding schemes like NSFAS?

Natively. Capped-funder billing and shortfall splits are part of Core's billing engine; the full remittance reconciliation workbench ships with the Accounting pack.

Do we have to replace our existing systems on day one?

Accepted Answer

No. Atrium is API-first and runs comfortably in "connect" mode - syncing from your current stack while specific workloads move first. Most clients replace piece by piece, pack by pack.
